In this time of uncertainty, the world needs more people willing to step up to teach trauma-informed Mindfulness as a critical skill for resilience. The Engaged Mindfulness Institute specializes in training individuals to bring mindfulness to those in underserved communities.  

We’ve provided Mindfulness Teacher Training for 14 years to changemakers worldwide and have certified hundreds of graduates of our training.
